Top Conveyor Ovens

They are semi-automatic systems. It is preferred in systems where the parts to be painted are heavier and at the same time in systems where the number of parts is higher than in ovens with cars. The advantage of this system is that, after hanging on the conveyor, the painted product proceeds untouched by hand with the control circuit on the oven until it cools down. In this type of furnaces, 3 stations are operated. In the first, the product out of the oven is cooling, in the second, the painted product is cured in the oven, and in the third station, the painted product in the cabin is hung on the conveyor. Therefore, the dyeing and firing process is much quicker than the kilns with cars and the time loss is minimized.

 

It is suitable for the use of electric energy in exceptional cases with liquid or gaseous fuel. Oven conveyor Oven-top conveyor, which works as a pallet, consists of a pulling chain and bearing shafts with bearings. Conveyor chain consisting of outer link, inner link and bushing is made of steel material and hardened. Its breaking strength is in the order of 5,000kg. Conveyor rail consists of 65mm NPU and 50×50 angle bracket and is fixed to the oven and the ground by means of carrier feet.

 

Carrier shafts are specially manufactured, bearing bearings from two points, and thus friction is minimized during movement. The drive center, located on the tension station that provides the tension of the conveyor chain, consists of the reducer and the belt pulley mechanism. The conveyor provides the opportunity to work in both directions. Material suspension is made from spindle centers. The distance between the spindle center is 500mm and each hanger has a carrying capacity of 75kg.
