The cyclone cabin operates according to the principle of precipitation of powder paint particles by decreasing their speed as a result of friction with the cyclone walls by the centrifugal force of the intake air. It consists of two separate units, the cyclone group and the filter group. The sucked air passes through the filter group and is filtered and given back to the paint shop environment. Since the air sucked by the cyclone is transferred back to the indoor environment, there is no pressure difference between the inside of the paint shop and the outside environment, thus preventing the entry of foreign matter from the outside environment into the cabinet, which will adhere to the material and impair the paint quality. With this feature, cyclone cabins provide advantages compared to filtered cabins. In addition, it does not require filter stock and stock space to be used in different colors.<\/p>

In the cabin, suction is made from the bottom by taking advantage of the downward movement of the paint, which cannot adhere to the material while painting, by gravity. The cabinet floor is inclined and at the bottom there is a reservoir that allows the paint to accumulate and absorb here along the cabinet. The powder paint accumulated in the warehouse under the cyclone is recycled manually or automatically from here and reused. It is produced in a type suitable for unidirectional and bidirectional paint removal. It is designed as a single or double cyclone according to the purpose of use. All parts of the cabinet are disassembled and all connections are bolted.
